Q1. What's your product range?
A: We can produce PET bottles, PP bottles, PE bottles, acrylic jars, sprayers & caps which
are widely used in the package of cosmetics, medicines, daily-used chemical products and
drink.
Q2 Are you a manufacturer?
A: Yes,we have been in producing plastic botles and caps for more than 14years. We sur-
port OEM, ODM, OBM.
Q3. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
-The capacity of the bottle you need
-The shape of the bottle you like
-The purpose of the bottle you want
-Any color or any printing on the bottle?

Q4. Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes,we can supply some pc of free samples to you with freight to collect if we have the
stocks.
Q5. How many days will samples be finished?And how about the mass production?
A: Usually,5-7 days for sample making(In addition to mold making time)
For mass production,usually 25-30 days after 30%T/T payment received.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
A: Payment<= 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>= 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance,
70%balance before shipment. Long tems of payment could be supported base on further
cooperation.
Q7. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be
presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
